Mengatasi Sakit Perut Saat Haid

Banyak perempuan yang mengalami nyeri saat menstruasi atau haid. Ada yang pusing, mual, pegal-pegal, sakit perut, bahkan ada yang sampai pingsan. Sakit perut yang dirasakan sebenarnya disebabkan oleh kontraksi rahim untuk mengeluarkan endometrium yang juga dipengaruhi oleh hormon prostaglandin.

Kita juga merasa tidak enak karena hormon estrogen dan progesteron mengalami kekacauan keseimbangan menjelang menstruasi. Jika sakitnya masih bisa ditahan, itu masih bisa disebut normal. Namun jika sampai pingsan atau sakit yang luar biasa, hingga sampai mengganggu aktivitas kita, itu patut dicurigai dan harus segera periksa ke dokter.

di bawah ini ada beberapa tips untuk mengatasi sakit perut saat haid:

1. Kompreslah bagian yang dirasakan sakit menggunakan botol berisi air hangar.

2. Usap-usap secara perlahan bagian perut ataupun pinggang.

3. Minumlah minuman hangat yang mengandung kalsium tinggi.

4. Tarik napas dalam-dalam secara perlahan untuk relaksasi.

5. Ambil posisi menungging sehingga rahim tergan¬tung ke bawah. Hal tersebut dapat membantu relaksasi.

6. Jika Anda memilih menggunakan obat sebagai penetral rasa sakit, maka gunakanlah obat-obatan dengan pengawasan dokter. Boleh minum analgesik (penghilang rasa sakit) yang banyak dijual di toko obat, asalkan dosisnya tidak lebih dari 3 kali sehari.

7. Mandi air hangat, boleh juga menggunakan aroma terapi untuk menenangkan diri.

8. Suhu panas merupakan ramuan tua yang patut dicoba. Gunakan heating (bantal pemanas), kompres handuk, atau botol berisi air panas, di perut dan punggung bawah, serta minumlah minuman hangat. Mandi air hangat juga dapat membantu menghilangkan rasa nyeri.

9. Tidurlah yang cukup serta olahraga teratur (termasuk banyak jalan). Beberapa wanita dapat mengurangi rasa nyeri dengan berolahraga. Selain mengurangi stres, olahraga juga dapat meningkatkan produksi endorfin otak, penawar rasa sakit alami dalam tubuh. Tidak ada pembatasan aktivitas olahraga selama haid

Merubah Urutan pada Tampilan Bootloader

Sebelum menuju ke tutorial untuk merubah setting grub ini, mungkin sobat masih bingung dengan yang dinamakan Bootloader. Jadi akan Ade jelaskan sedikit ya mengenai itu.
Boot Loader adalah suatu program yang sudah tertanam pada suatu sistem operasi untuk mem-boot atau memanggil sistem operasi yang ada pada hard disk dan media boot lainnya seperti flashdisk. Biasanya Boot Loader digunakan untuk memilih sistem operasi yang ada pada hard disk karena pada hard disk tersebut memiliki lebih dari 1 sistem operasi. Boot Loader ini, dimuat pada BIOS komputer, yang kemudian digunakan untuk memanggil kernel suatu sistem operasi.

Nah Bootloader yang selama ini kita tau adalah GRUB. Yang mana GRUB (GRand Unified Bootloader) itu sendiri adalah Boot Loader yang disediakan oleh GNU dan merupakan proyek dari GNU. GRUB banyak digunakan pada berbagai macam distro GNU/Linux. Karena GRUB banyak digunakan oleh berbagai macam distro GNU/Linux, maka perkembangan GRUB-pun menjadi pesat. Saat ini, terdapat versi ke-2 GRUB, yaitu GRUB2 yang sudah ada pada GNU/Linux Ubuntu 10.10. Lebih lengkap mengenai GRUB, klik DISINI dan DISINI.

Sekarang sobat sudah tau kan apa itu Bootloader maupun GRUB. Tetapi sobat sekalian harus berhati-hati saat akan men-setting GRUB ini, misal merubah urutannya dan lain sebagainya, kalau sampai salah teknik, bisa-bisa sobat tak bisa masuk ke system Booting-nya. Nah loh!!!

Tapi sobat sekalian ga perlu khawatir. Ade akan memberi tahukan bagaimana caranya merubah urutan dari bootloader ini, yaitu dengan cara merubah setting dari GRUB-nya. Apa jangan-jangan sobat masih belum tau Bootloader itu yang mana ya??? hmmm ini ada contoh gambar Bootloader yang saya ambil dari teman sebelah.

Seperti itulah kira-kira contoh dari bootloader yang saya maksudkan. Pada gambar di atas kita bisa lihat bahwa urutan dari Windows yang ada pada komputer/laptop berada pada urutan paling bawah. nah pada tutorial ini kita akan merubahnya pada urutan paling atas. Bagaimana caranya?? sudah siap semua?? CEKIDOT!!!

Sebelumnya saya mohon maaf kalau scropt yang saya otak atik nanti tidak sama dengan contoh gambar di atas, tetapi intinya sama kok. Disini saya memakai script GRUB dari milik saya sendiri. Kebetulan saya memiliki Triple Boot, jadi ada 3 OS dalam laptop saya. langsung saja yaa..

1. Buka OS Linux yang kalian miliki. Entah itu Ubuntu atau sederajatnya, disini saya memakai Ubuntu 11.10.

2. Cobalah masuk pada Terminal dan ketikkan perintah

Maka nanti akan muncul script kurang lebih seperti ini.

nah karena kita akan merubah urutan dari Bootloader yang semula Windows berada di Urutan paling bawah agar bisa menjadi urutan pertama.

3. Perhatikan tulisan pada Script di atas yang berwarna ungu tersebut menunjukkan setting boot pada Windows kalian. Dan perhatikan script yang berwarna hijau tersebut adalah urutan pertama pada tampilan Bootloader kalian. Kalau masih ragu, silahkan kalian coba rubah nama salah satu dari list yang ada di bootloader kalian. Contohnya seperti ini, saya ambil sample script yang berwarna hijau tadi. Saya akan merubah namanya.

Ingat ya kalau mau merubah namanya, rubahlah tulisan yang berada dalam tanda (' ') jangan yang selain itu.
kalau sudah, simpanlah. dan cobalah restart. dan WOALAaa, urutan pertama pada bootloader kalian akan berubah nama menjadi backtrack. Sekarang sudah tau kan dimana yang urutan pertamanya, kalau gitu udah ga perlu ragu lagi kan untuk merubah urutannya. Kalau sudah selesai merubah urutannya, silahkan simpan dulu, lalu restart. Okay???

Cara membuat Live USB

Hyuk mari, Tutorial kali ini adalah mengenai bagaimana caranya membuat live usb. Sobat ga usah bingung tentang bagaimana caranya, Ade disini akan berbagi kok. tapi sebelumnya siapin aplikasi untuk bikin Live USB-nya, disini saya pakai "universal usb installer" kalau sobat belum punya, bisa di download DISINI kok.
kalau sudah, langsung di install saja.
Ayo langsung mulai bikin Live USB-nya.
1. Apabila saat aplikasi tadi dipakai muncul window seperti ini, klik I Agree aja.

2. Pilih jenis OS yang akan dibuat menjadi Live Usb. Disini saya contohkan cara membuat Live USB Ubuntu 11.10.

3. Sekarang pilih ISO yang sobat punya, sesuai dengan yang telah sobat pilih pada langkah nomer 2 diatas.

4. Ayo pilih USB yang akan kita pakai untuk bikin Live USB ini

5. Pilih Size yang akan dipakai dalam pembuatan Live USB ini.

6. Tinggal klik Create aja.

Apabila saat sobat klik Create lalu muncul tampilan Window yang menunjukkan peringatan, klik OK saja. Maka proses ekstraksi dari ISO menjadi Live USB akan mulai berjalan. tunggu saja sampai selesai ya..

Cara Shrink(membagi) Partisi Menjadi Free Space

Sobat sekalian, kali ini Ade akan memberi tutorial gimana caranya membuat free space. mungkin sobat pernah mengalami kebingungan bagaimana caranya menginstall OS Linux yang membutuhkan free space untuk peng-install-annya padahal partisinya sudah diatur sedemikian rupa dari awal. sehingga tidak mugkin dirubah-rubah lagi, sudah banyak data yang tersimpan di tiap partisinya.

Hmmmm sobat jangan khawatir, bukannya tidak bisa atau tidak mungkin bikin free space pada partisi yang sudah ada datanya. semua itu bisa-bisa saja kok. Berikut ini caranya

1. masuk pada menu explorer terlebih dahulu. lalu pada pilihan Computer klik kanan lalu pilih Manage

2. Akan muncul window baru. Pilih pada menu

sehingga akan muncul tampilan berikut pada sisi kanannya

3.  Sekarang siap untuk membagi, pilih saja partisi yang akan kalian shrink. lalu klik kanan > Shrink Volume

4. Hampir selesai... tinggal mengatur berapa size yang akan kita bagi. Kalau sudah langsung klik Shrink

Horeeeeyyyy udah jadi, sekarang lihatlah pada tampilan partisi, pasti ada yang berwarna hijau muda. nah itu dia free space-nya. Sekarang udah bisa diinstall OS baru kaaan..
